The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing
the information technology and computer systems of an organization, ensuring
they run efficiently and securely. This role includes managing IT staff,
developing and implementing IT policies and systems, and coordinating IT
operations to meet organizational needs. The IT Manager also handles budgeting,
strategic planning, and project management for major IT initiatives, ensuring
the security and optimal performance of the network and data systems.

Running regular
checks on network and data security
·
Manage
information technology and computer system
·
Operational
knowledge of Microsoft services like AD, DNS, File Servers, GPOs, and Email
Services.
·
Configuring
firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency
·
Maximizing
network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
·
Manage security
solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
·
Plan, organize,
control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
·
Manage IT staff,
training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising
their performance
·
Design, develop,
implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
·
Ability to
troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, and
peripheral equipment
·
Having experience
in virtualization like VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
·
Ensure security
of data, network access, and backup systems.
·
Act in alignment
with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
·
Identify
problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
·
Have knowledge
regarding Cisco Voice Services
·
Preserve assets,
information security, and control structures
·
Identifying and
acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
·
Developing and
implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
·
Designing
training programs and workshops for staff
·
Running and
sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
·
Overseeing and
determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates,
upgrades, migrations and outages.

Managing and
reporting on the allocation of IT budget
·
Providing
direction for IT team members
·
Identifying
opportunities for team training and skills advancement
·
Perform any other
activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Education:
Bachelor's degree is required, a Master degree is preferred, or related
certification in networking (MCSE, CCNA, CCNP preferred)
·
Experience: 5-years
working experience in a similar position preferred.
·
Languages:
Proficiency in both national languages and English language is an advantage
