HR Coordinator

Job description

The HR Coordinator will assist the HR department in implementing programs and services to support the organization’s workforce. The role involves managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for employees and help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture. 

Responsibility

·        Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

·        Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training and paperwork completion

·        Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry

·        Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits

·        Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to HR management as needed

·        Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace environment 

·        Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

·        Prepare and distribute HR related communications, such as announcements and memos

·        Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentation

·        Manage HR documentation, including contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations.

·        Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures

·        Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication

·        Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes and tracking of employee progress

·        Support the HR team in identifying training and development needs.

·        Help with the organization and scheduling of training sessions and workshops

·        Perform any other activities as assigned by the direct supervisor. 

Requirement

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred. ·        Experience: 2 years of working experience in a similar position is preferred. ·        Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is an advantage ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization ·        Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ·        Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving performance and achieving business goals ·        Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude. ·        Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices ·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion ·        Experience in recruitment or employee relations ·        Cooperative and team-working skills ·        Being flexible regarding working hours. ·        Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.

Education

·         Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
